Client Money Protect
Evidence that Dukes belongs to a scheme covering eligible client money held in connection with lettings and property management.
Property Redress
A separate route for eligible complaints that remain unresolved after Dukes' own complaints procedure.
Important: client money protection, redress membership and tenancy deposit protection are separate records. One does not prove the others.
When something matters, you should know who you are speaking to, what happens next and where to turn for help.
A clear three-stage process, with one place to start and an independent route if it remains unresolved.
Send the complaint in writing so there is a clear record of every point raised. The Complaints Officer acknowledges it within three working days.
The Complaints Officer reviews the complaint and the relevant records. A full written response should normally follow within ten working days of the acknowledgement. If more time is needed, Dukes explains why and gives an estimated date.
If the complaint is still unresolved once the internal procedure is complete, it can be referred to Property Redress, an independent scheme approved for this purpose.
